So practice the good food habits. I will list out some good breakfast for your reference.
1. Set Dosa: Proper fermentation of the batter is very important otherwise they dont yield porous and spongy dosa..
2. Masala Dosa: Masala dosa is one that is crisp, aromatics, flavourful and has a potato masala or spiced seasoned potatoes stuffed in it.
3. Idli and Vada: The soft fluffy idlis along with the fresh crispy vada served with spicy hot sambar and coconut chutney is indeed an authentic combination.
4. Chow Chow Bhat: chow chow bhath is a breakfast recipe from karnataka or bangalore cuisine. this bhath recipe contains an equal amount of masala bhath and kesari bhath served in one plate. most commonly it is also served with spicy coconut chutney to make it more flavourful.
5. Sushila/ Mandakki Oggarane: It is a simple Karnataka-style breakfast made with soaked puffed rice, onions, peanuts, and curry leaves and is typically relished along with Mirchi bajji and Chai. Puffed Rice Upma is also called mandakki oggarne or susla in Kannada, pori upma in Tamil, borugula upma or uggani in Telugu, and also murmura upma in North India.
6. Tomato Rice: It is a simple South Indian meal where rice is cooked with lots of tomatoes, fresh herbs, whole spices & ground spices.
7. Egg Fried Rice: this rice is delicious, it hardly takes a few minutes to put together everything when you have cooked rice in hand, that's the another reason for its popularity in fast food center throughout the country.
8. Puliyogare: Pulihora, also known as puliyogare, puliyodarai, pulinchoru, kokum rice, or simply lemon or tamarind rice, is a very common and traditional rice preparation in the South Indian states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
9. Chitranna: (Kannada: ಚಿತ್ರಾನ್ನ; also known as lemon-rice) is a rice-based dish widely prepared in South India. It is prepared by mixing cooked rice with a special seasoning called Oggarane or Gojju.
10. Bread Omelette: A bread recipe that can be adapted to become a complete meal is that of a bread omelette. Creamy eggy filling, seasoned with scintillating flavours and finely chopped vegetables, is sandwiched between gloriously toasted breads that contain all the goodness of butter and carbs.
11.Aloo Bhaat: The potatoes or aloo are boiled and mixed with mustards oil and green chillies and then devoured as first course with hot rice.
12. Ragi mudde: Ragi mudde are gluten-free traditional balls made with finger millet flour. Finger millet is known as ragi in South India, and mudde is a Kannada word for soft ball. Ragi mudde are nutritious, healthy and a wholesome every day food of a large rural population in Karnataka.
13. Pohaa: It is also known as pauwa, sira, chira, or avalakki, among many other names, is flattened rice originating from the Indian subcontinent. Rice is parboiled before flattening so that it can be consumed with very little to no cooking..

15. Aloo paratha: It is a paratha stuffed with potato, originating from the Punjab region of South Asia. It is traditionally eaten for breakfast. It is made using unleavened dough rolled with a mixture of mashed potato and spices which is cooked on a hot tawa with butter or ghee.
